A: Cash, card, check and Zelle.

A: Pricing depends on the size, material, and features of your chosen window coverings. Contact us for a free quote based on your needs.

Q: How much must I pay upfront?
A: We require 50% - 100% upfront due to the window coverings being custom, as we cannot reuse or return the product to the manufacturer.
Warranty Coverage Lifetime:
Original defects in materials/workmanship (if properly installed).
3 Years: Operating cords, pleated shades (no looped tape), 2" vinyl blind slats, vertical blind vanes.
5 Years: Motorization (excluding batteries), draperies, fabric-covered cornices/valances, soft shades, exterior solar shades (must be raised in bad weather).
Repairs: Under this warranty will be made with like or similar parts.
Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or improper installation/maintenance.
Sun damage: Fading, cracking, shrinking, slight color/grain variations, minor wood warpage.
Labor/shipping costs for removal, reinstallation, or re-measurement.
Unfinished cornices/valances, Palladian shelves, and customer-supplied fabric.
Q: How long does my product take to ship?
A: Typically, the timeframe ranges from 3 to 7 weeks, depending on the product.
Q: After shipping when does the installation occur?
A: After the product has reached our warehouse we will schedule you in 1-5 days.
